“4 weeks! I am shocked! I can’t even believe the transformation. I couldn’t have done it without you!”

— Danette Kinsey

Hear from my clients:

"Well, what a challenge! When I signed up for this I actually reframed it into a macro ‘course’, because to me that’s what it was. I learned more in the last six weeks from reading others posts, listening to your videos and just doing it. Tracking daily has opened my eyes up into a better understanding of portions, ensuring balanced meals and including my non-negotiables (which I am still working on btw) I feel like I have just scratched the surface but it’s given me a boost to get started. Everything begins with a single step and this ‘challenge’ has pushed me to move forward and continue to learn. The scale hasn’t moved a lot but I’m glad I’ve taken photos so I can literally see some of the changes. But I am most proud of my mile a day and sticking to it! Last summer I injured my foot. I love running and haven’t been able to do it since June. This mile a day challenge got me back on my feet. So thank you so much for that!

Have I been as strict as I could have been? Absolutely not; however, that wasn’t my goal or my intention. My intention is to lose weight in a manageable way that will see not just long term results, but lifetime results. This isn’t a quick fix, and that’s not easy sometimes, but reframing my mindset to quality of life and longer term goals helps me and reminds me of my why. My why…to be healthy and fit for life enabling me to experience all life’s adventures with family and friends.

Thanks so much for the help and I look forward to the next challenge!"

“I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for offering this program. It has helped my mental health just as much, if not more, than my physical health. I am so grateful! ”

“A blessing in my life…”

“Danielle, First I want to thank you for your coaching, teaching, encouragement, patience, hard work and all things I don't even know about. This challenge has truly been a blessing and a challenge and I believe life changing. I always knew there was a more healthy way to eat; to think; to feel about myself and I believe you have helped me find it.

So much time has been wasted on guilt, shame, self abuse, negative thoughts of myself and why I couldn't just be disciplined and be "good". There was always tomorrow which turned into days and months and years and about 25 to 30 extra pounds. But more than pounds was how I talked to myself and how I felt about myself because I could not control myself when it came to food or exercise or or just being "lazy" in my focus and desire to be healthier.

Learning to give myself grace and remaining consistent in my goal of feeling better and living healthier has me experiencing a calmness and relief and peace I have not had since I was a young woman. Just listening to all of your advice about not striving for perfection and living a "real" life was so inspiring and kept me going.

I feel like for the first time I have found a way to eat and think that resonates with me. Counting macros has shown me where my weaknesses are and has given me the help I need to make better choices every day. I can't thank you enough for all the grace and confidence you have shown us and taught us by your example. It has been and will continue to be a blessing in my life.

I am looking forward to the next challenge and learning more and more as I travel on this new and rewarding lifestyle. BTW I did lose some weight (6.6 lbs) but mostly I feel good and am more confident and have a certain spring in my step that has definitely been lacking. Thank you so very much!”

“I have learned so much in the past 4 weeks! I have been successful in the past counting calories on my own and thought I had a good grasp on what I needed to do but unfortunately I have been struggling to get going again for a couple of years. I was content but not really because I felt miserable and bloated all the time. I definitely haven’t been fueling myself properly. I came across your account on Instagram and was tempted to join challenges but was intimidated and would talk myself out of it. In October I was so uncomfortable with how I was feeling and most of my shorts and jeans were no longer fitting like they should, so I knew it was time. I couldn’t let myself go thru the holidays and start January even more miserable than I already was. I am kicking myself now for not committing sooner!

The first few days were a struggle to get all that protein in! Ha! But after playing with my meals and figuring out what works best to fuel myself at different times of the day, it works! I love the pre-tracking, that’s definitely played the biggest role in my success with the challenge. I’m a girl that thrives on checklists anyhow, so it’s almost like a checklist to me the next day. I’m never hungry and fumbling with what I should eat. I have also learned to fuel myself to start the day. I have never been a huge breakfast eater and would just rather save calories for other meals in the day, but it’s the meal I look forward to the most now.

I have lost 12 pounds so far and plan to keep going, but seeing the changes in my before/after pictures was so cool. I will definitely celebrate and enjoy the holidays with friends and family….but after surviving Thanksgiving and getting myself back on track, I know I can do it again!”

Thank you for being a real, relatable girl like the rest of us! I will be back for the next challenge!
